Results include:- The main index, which measures estimated change in revenues due to decreased economic activity from February 2020 through June 2021, measured as a percentage of what revenues would have been if economic activity had continued at January 2020 rates (seasonally adjusted)- The contribution of reduced economic activity in each month to estimated change in revenues- Rainy day fund balances from 2019 or the latest year that data was available- The distribution of 2019 state government revenues from different revenue sources, which is used in the calculation and helps to explain the different estimated impacts between counties |
